Philippe FAURE-BRAC is a French renowned wine expert and the best « Sommelier » in the world, 1992.

His book was rewarded in Beijing last June by the “Gourmand World Cook Book Awards”, as the best book on wine-tasting in the world for the year 2006.

Wine-tasting dinners could be organized in Mr. Philippe FAURE-BRAC's restaurant, the famous “Bistrot du Sommelier” in Paris. This restaurant is a must for all wine lovers.
The restaurant cellar is a real treasure keeping in best conditions wonderful wine bottles. Philippe FAURE-BRAC himself will comment the wine-tasting.
